I think divorced is my prefered
situation. I was miserable married, and I made everyone else miserable too. Single, divorced, whatever you want to is what I was meant to be. (Unless Tim McGraw gives me a one day out of the blue

My point
My point is I don't know many people that are happy alone. Not that they aren't happy to leave the person that caused them pain. That state of being divorced in general, not the specifics of actually getting one. Which is why most divorced people remarry
